Room was not ready when I checked in at 15.00 hrs ! Corridor in front of my room was dirty as it seemed it was used as a long time parking place for a cleaning trolley. Cleanliness of the room was so so. Apparently prepared in a hurry.

I have stayed at the Majestic Grande several times before, last time about three years ago, and always been very pleased with the hotel. However, this time the I was very disappointed with the service and especially the house keeping. The room was typically serviced after 5 pm and the corridors rather dirty. This hotel can no longer be regarded as a 4 star one and I will not stay there again.

This is a wonderful hotel which represents great value. This was my 3rd stay at Majestic Grande. We Had come to Bangkok to celebrate my wife s birthday. Somehow the management got wind of this and when we returned to our room after a night out a birthday cake awaited. I was astonished. My wife was overwhelmed. Terriffic service.

you cant go far wrong with thi hotel for its perfect location and lovely rooms and staff, my only gripe is that the pool is small and in the shade most of the day, but who wants to stay in the pool all day anyway when there is so much to see and do in bangkok.

well-appointed and very clean room. However, my wife and I felt that the air-conditioner was actually too cold and made the air much too dry. And changes to the thermostat did not make any real difference to the room temperature. Eventually, the room was too cold or the air-con was off.

Only 2 Lifts so, we shoulf be wait a long time for up or down Check out late, not possible We have forget clothes in the bathrooms, and impossible to find this with the hotel... I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Majestic Grande Sukhumvit. I stayed in a Grande Executive suite and this is a terrific room w/a garden terrace on the 20th floor, what a view! The hotel staff was terrific, friendly and very professional. I couldn t ask for more. The hotel location is close to everything, shopping, sky train and entertainment districts. A good value for the price. I recommend this hotel and I will be staying again in the near future.

Stayed for 3 days in a deluxe room. DVD player in the room and alot of international channels on TV so you have alot to do if you spending a lonely night in BKK which is unlikely as the night scene is located juz a stone throw away. But not so near that it is unsuitable for family. A 7-11 is also juz across the street if u need anything urgently. Can t find any faults if u are willing to pay the price. A bit too pricey for my liking. Would be perfect if Wi-fi access were to be free..

Nice hotel. As the occupancy was low the usual evening buffet was cancelled. In my room the area in front of the bar was very dirty. Apparently somebody had opened a bottle and the content had flown over. It took me two requests to the front desk and one discussion with a Manager on Duty before the area was cleaned (after two days). Despite this I will come back.

This time only 1 night at my favoutite hotel in Bangkok. Everything up to the usual high standards. This time we had a funny episode, when I went to the restroom about midnight, and the door wouldn t open. The reception immediatly send someone to fix it, and within 15 minutes it was solved.
